'My work examines our relationship with images and the mediating role they play with reality. There are two aspects of this relationship that particularly interest me: images’ resistance to a stable interpretation and technical images’ ability to become a kind of lingua franca for contemporary art. Bearing these two considerations in mind, I have created photographs, videos and installations where images set up alternatives to their usual way of working, because for me the important thing is researching how images work.'
