Ecosystems interrupted by the static and chaos of everyday life. Using abstraction to convey the confusion and disruption in our landscapes intersected with a heightened sense of realism, Blair reconstructs a contemporary view of the California landscape. Repetitive use of lines reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright and form similar to that of Diebenkorn, embolden this powerful body of new work.
